Cannot read house rules
Under the Walk in, the house rules is at the bottom of each office info page. However the house rules is not possible to tap because the “Walk in Pass” button is blocking it.
Nothing loads up saying I am Offline when I’m not
Have cellular enabled for this app and the app fails to load. Serious issue that is pretty basic function not able to work. App is useless without the fix for this. Running iOS 16.3 and iPhone 14 Pro.
Customer Support is non existent
I like the service that Switch provides, however dealing with their customer support, account management has been a nightmare.
No tax invoices on corporate visits
Reaching out to general customer support results in 0 response even after weeks and calling. The only way to get a response is via an account manager. Who is also not straight to the point.
App been getting slower and slower.
Please remove annoying “refer your friends” popup.
I’ve referred over 10 friends to the app, only to realize that the credits expire and don’t seem to be applicable to corporate visits. Feeling cheated.
If they were to improve on all these, that would be wonderful.

Does not support users from Hong Kong
App works but the company doesnt
It has been 3 weeks since I wrote an email to them informing of the misinformation about one of the study areas offered by a hotel that was unavailable (i went down only to be turned away) and still NOTHING is being done because that particular workspace is still up on the site. Im so sure many of the users have been baited there only to be disappointed.
2 booths that i had recently been to had stained dirty cushions infested with ants. The air-conditioning was only for aesthetic purposes, we had to keep the door open so as to not suffocate.
This should be going through proper feedback channels but after the first incident and their nonaction, it is evident that this company is looking for quick cash grabs with minimal maintenance of their facilities.
Tldr; Dont use their facilities or use them at your own risk
