Super helpful app
This app makes up for what the Nintendo eShop lacks. You can check out reviews, look at the price history, and see the average gameplay time. This app is worth the money and using the info available on SwitchBuddy makes me more confident I won’t regret a switch game purchase after the fact.
Genuinely the best thing
Writing this review because unfortunately I can no longer use the app as I've upgraded to the Switch 2. And I mean it when I say unfortunately! I loved how simple this app was to use and all the features were good for a FREE app too nonetheless. The organization of photos was perfect, and I loved having a library of Switch photos and videos all in one app. Connecting the Switch to the app was always very fast and easy to do too.
Thank you for creating this app, I'm genuinely going to miss it when I send my Switch 2 pictures to my phone :( If you own a Switch 1, Switch Lite or Switch OLED, I would highly recommend 🎮📸

Great Switch library client
I bought this a while back but never reviewed it. So I’m doing that now since I keep getting harassed to do so by the app. Besides that this app is straightforward, easy to use and simply works as you would expect. You can wishlist games from recent gaming events and get notified when games on your wishlist that are available go on sale.

This is the way to transfer photos from your Switch 1 to your phone.

Need to delete vids, but won’t let me.
So I mainly downloaded this app to make video transferring easier. Now I have a lot of videos stuck on the app with no way to delete them. I tried deleting them from the photos app to see if that’ll work, but unfortunately, it didn’t. So is there a way to delete the videos from the app itself? If there is, I might raise my rating.

Hello, thanks for the feedback! SwitchBuddy uses the local "filesystem" for the in-app gallery, so you can manage all files freely in the Files app that is specialized for handling files. Do delete videos: Please go to "Gallery" in the app, tap the "three dots" button in top right and select "View in Files". This is the folder SwitchBuddy uses and you can delete the videos. Apologies for the confusing design.
