No user compatibility whatsoever. Cannot link accounts with the bill pay system. There’s no statements to show what’s next due/due/overdue
Functional But Needs Improvement
The app makes it so I’m able to do what I want to do, which is pay my auto loan online. However, the formatting of the app is bad. I’d imagine people that aren’t as comfortable with online banking struggle navigating this app. It needs a major upgrade, it’s embarrassingly outdated compared to most banking apps. Also it’s ridiculous that I get charged extra for paying online, I have never been punished for paying my auto loans online with any other bank. Isn’t that what you’d prefer, customers utilizing the self service options? Don’t penalize that with stupid fees.
