Easing back into exercise was so simple and rewarding at age 79 with swolemates. I was reminded that consistency is the winning formula and they gently keep you motivated to keep going 😊
Getting back in shape at 77
My son showed me this app and I am finding it very easy to use. As a senior, I am just getting back into fitness. Swolemates is so helpful and cute. I get a kick every time I log in.

New to the app, but the intake questionnaire is good. I’d like a more detailed breakdown of gym equipment. E.g. I have a squat rack and bench but no cables.
Fun and motivational
Swolemates is fun to use and really helps me get moving everyday. It makes me want to keep my streaks and level up! I’m going to try out the Friend Quest feature next.
