Hi notizayah, we’re very sorry to hear this and we never want anyone to feel disappointed with Swoop. At signup, Swoop offers a 3-day free trial, and after the trial period ends, Apple automatically starts the subscription selected during signup unless it has been cancelled before renewal. All App Store subscriptions, charges, cancellations, and refunds are handled directly by Apple, so we unfortunately don’t have the ability to issue refunds ourselves from our side. The best next step is to request a refund through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. That said, we truly care about every user experience and want to help however we can.
