Awesome but......,,
So I download this game and it was great. Every prize was cheap and I could play a couple of times before having to find a way to get coins. But the reason this is a three star review is simply because once I opened the app it would just sit on the swoopy screen with the bear. It would say "Loading... User auth proces..." So, it would just stay there for about forty five minutes. But other than that, it was great.

The game is fun and overall a great game the problem is you need to be VIP to play some also you need it to claim it. I appreciate you have the option to exchange it though. 😊👍

This app is really good, but I could only win one prize it was a octopus plush. I also wish there is another way to win coins so we can play more. If you want to promote your business a lot then have wheels to get coins have side games that’s fun and you can make more money because people will buy more prizes with more coins. They can spin the wheel every 10 seconds. I wish you could win more prizes as a newbie. But this game is really fun and I recommended! 👍

Amazing
I love it my only problem is that if you are not V.I.P you can only play the newbies section. This is my first time and I already love it, and like you know when you are at a arcade it is so hard to get the prize. But when you do it online you can look in different perspectives or views, and like say you do a lipstick it will put something else on the screen so it is easier to grab. I love it and it would be great for beginners like me, my overall opinion is it was a great experience to have.

I love playing claw machines but ever since the pandemic I had to find other ways to play claw machines and I am glad I found this one keep up the great work
HAVE TO BE A VIP to do anything!
I downloaded this game and when I first started it gave me 100 coins, okay great! But then I played the claw 2 times and my money was gone! And the only way to get money back is to sell and claim prizes which you can’t do because you need to be a vip. Horrible! You literally can’t do anything without being a vip, it makes me sad because before this happened I was like wow this game is going to be so cool! Then was disappointed when I literally couldn’t do anything without being a vip!

Can u please add mini games that give you coins? Cause my mom will ground me if I ask for more. Cause I don’t have enough coins to play claw machines and not enough coin for skilled coins. Keeps charging even if not playing
Be aware the app will continue to charge you even if you do not play or purchase coins. I have already 2 extra $9.99 charges on just one months. And I can proof I haven’t played . Fraud. Be aware and careful. They claim they don’t keep cc on file but I have my apple cc card stored on my phone wallet and that I had initially used once.

I love the game but for me I take like 10-15 minutes to just load to be able to be sent to my house

Does your game have daily rewards because nothing is 22 coins or less in newbies and I am not going to pay to be vip.
It took my coins
I had 9 coins so I was looking for something I could get for 9 coins then I saw the pink hair color stuff which was 8 coins so I clicked on it then I clicked start then it started lagging or glitching but the timer for the claw was going down then the timer got to zero and I didn’t have enough coins to play again and I didn’t even get a chance to try to win the claw game and it still took my coins! I hope I get the 8 coins back and thank you for reading this!!!

Very disappointing 😡
It is like it is free and then the only way to win it you have to pay for vip and it is so much money this game seems like really really fun but you have to pay and it is way too much money for a boring game and the coins were only 100 coins for stuff that was lame like a really small fox plush I’m disappointed 😢 in the Craters craters you could have done way better 😢 but there is always room for improvement but I’m proud of you for trying but

I highly recommend this claw game to everyone. They have amazing prizes to win and different types of claw games to try so you don’t get bored with the same ones.
