Seems like a fun game and I watched all of the anime but the game is not accepting and approving new users I download the game and when I tried to start the game it keep wanting me to transfer data they don’t have an option for new users

I’ve always wanted to play this game for a long time since it came out on mobile I’d like it if this game would stay active and available for everyone to play and enjoy I don’t know why you guys shut it down for I would love it if you guys could restart the games process again so that we anime lovers can enjoy this game for a long time please put this game back in action I really appreciate your work I love this game so very much please and thank you

So I got the game but I can’t play I’m stuck in the menu and it keeps saying restore account even though I never made one I just want to play the game.

Not cross compatible
SAO VS is available on iOS and also computer using an emulator, however the game forces the player to choose a device to lock the account on. You must wait days to log into that account again from another device. I want to play on my computer at home, and on my phone when I’m on the go, this game does not allow that, and is the only gacha game I’ve ever had this issue with. Remove this feature.

This game is great, but needs improvement.
I really love the direction this game is going with more 3D Graphics, but first of all they need to update the resolution AND frame rates of this game. Not sure if it’s the controls or the actual game, but at the highest quality and 60 fps I still feel like it’s at the lowest settings possible with 30 fps. The 3D character models also have really bad physics as their hair is stiff just feel clunky overall.

Saying “A internet connection error occurred.”
So, it asked for me to download the game MB (megabits) and when I did that, it gave me the intro the game and what not, and afterwards, it keep saying “A internet connection error occurred.” When I am connected to the internet.
I wouldn’t recommend the game if you don’t want your space being filled up.

Scout Rate-Up Banners? Lagging?
the game genuinely lags after not even 10 minutes of game-time doing just my dailies. i remember during the "Sinister Strategy" ranking event, it lagged so much just from loading in like never before causing me to delete the game for a few days.
Another thing, scout rates (the chances/odds of pulling new units) are completely unbearable and unfair; i saved up to 13k crystals, and got NOTHING. i even spent real money on this game on TOP of the grinding i did to make a point; the game needs a better tweak besides a random patch fix, and to implement a scout rate-up on some banners. fix your game, please.

The game often crashes. I can play for a few minutes and then it lags, even though I set the settings to the lowest. When I enter solo rank, the game crashes. After I set the Chinese language, the game doesn't lag.
