Kayla Hedges is the best swimming teacher!
We can't recommend Kayla enough! We started working with her in the summer of 2025 for both of our kids, and she has been the best swim instructor we've ever had.
One of the things we appreciate most is that she comes to the comfort of our home and is incredibly flexible with scheduling, even with Florida's unpredictable weather.
Kayla taught our 6-year-old how to swim, and now she's a little mermaid who absolutely loves the water! Our 3-year-old started his very first swim lessons with Kayla last summer, and we were so happy with his progress that we're continuing lessons with her again this summer. Our biggest goal is water safety, but with how quickly he's learning, we're confident he'll be swimming independently soon.
Kayla is friendly, patient, and incredibly experienced. She's wonderful with kids and makes every lesson fun and engaging by bringing a variety of toys and learning equipment that keep the children excited and motivated.

Best Swim Scheduling App Out There
Swum is hands down the best app out there for scheduling and booking swim lessons. Generic scheduling tools just don't understand the specific needs of a swim business, but Swum is built perfectly for what we do. It makes the entire booking process incredibly easy for parents and keeps my schedule completely organized without any of the usual headaches.

SWUM IS THE BEST
I am incredibly grateful to find this app for my private swim school. The application is exactly what I needed for efficient scheduling, offering packages/program and perfect mobile capabilities Ben, the owner, is incredible. He does everything to make this application a smooth interface for both instructors and the families booking lessons. I would recommend this application to anyone!!

Worst App Ever?
Hands-down the worst app I’ve ever been forced to use. Nightmarish log-in experience, the navigation was designed by my toddler, and it dumped my payment credits, trying to charge me the following time I tried to schedule. I only had to open the app four times (in a two week period) and every time I opened it, it required an update, forcing me to log in all four times. I’ve never used an app that makes me want to throw my phone the way this did (I’m only 30YO k). I don’t usually take the time to leave reviews but this app should simply not exist.

This is good feedback. Our login experience has been improved. The navigation was made to be more seamless and user-friendly. If you believe you deserve credits, email use at support@swum.ai and we will take a look! We require updates to maintain functionality, but understand that it can be annoying if we update it 3-4x a week, so we have slowed down on requiring forceful updates. That was a good suggestion, thanks!
Best Mobile Scheduling
I have been trying for YEARS to find a scheduling app that worked for us. My instructors and I need to be able to account for so much that brick and mortar business don’t need, such as travel time, weather cancelations, etc. I was unable to grow my business because there was no way I could manage more than 2 or 3 of us at a time. This app feels absolutely customized to my current needs and my vision for my business. Would give 10 stars if I could!!
