Wallet blocked

I funded my naira wallet and swap to usd to pay for a visa virtual card since my master card stopped working and immediately after swapping to usd i tried to transact and my wallet is blocked! Please I sent a mail and I’m yet to be attended to. Please fix it I need my money back
