The app is great when it works
Clunky app which keeps freezing, the controls over your headphones is amazing when it wants to connect and actually function. It seems app support is dead unfortunately.
Terrible product with a bad app
20 mins passed and my headphone still wont connect. Used since Sept and today it finally rebelled. Headphone with great audio, marred by a bad app. And the female voice one hear on the headphone sounded like an in-house recording effort to save costs l. Creative should refund me for a sub-standard Sxfi Air product. My trust in the quality of its audio product finally collapsed.

Won’t pair properly
I am able to pair my Creative super xfi headphones with my iPhone and iPod Touch and sounds fantastic with pretty much every music app I have tried. Unfortunately, this app does not recognize that my headphones are paired, so the app is not able to do anything at all. When I try to pair through the app, the headphones pair, but the app still indicates they are not paired, even though they are. So one star rating from me.

How this relates to the SXFI app is unclear.
Their software works only with locally stored music, but it has no way to browse the local file system to find the music.
Their tech support is a waste of time. I asked them what music sources the software would accept, and they just told me what doesn’t work. I asked them how they recommended getting music onto my iPad, and they told me to ask Apple. I asked them why it was technically impossible to use a protocol like WebDAV to access one’s own music stored on one’s own network, and they disconnected the chat.
Don’t waste your time.
