Wow, this app saved me from being stranded. This island is very hectic, so everyone seems to be on a ride, or having a direct line to taxi drivers is a total game-changer. The network they have is fully reliable, so they work with responsible, licensed drivers.

Impossible to get a ride with this app. Totally useless.
Doesn’t work
I don’t think this used anymore. You can use WhatsApp to call taxi dispatch but a t the cruise terminal are regulated taxis and dispatchers lined up.

Not reliable, I can never get a taxi after 3PM
Location loop problem
I just wasted 10 minutes with this app trying to enter a location for which it doesn’t have an address and I’m just stuck in this loop where it asked to tap the location then to continue and then goes back to the same place and asked you to tap on the location.
Hopefully, they can debug this, because currently it’s unusable

Super convenient taxi app
Thank God, I’ve been coming to st Martin for so many years and finally some genius came up with this app! It’s the most convenient thing to happen on this island in years as far as transportation goes!!!
Game changer in SXM
I am a frequent visitor to the island. This app is a big step forward for transportation in Sint Maarten!
As a rider, I love the convenience of pressing a button to get a taxi, schedule rides in advance, and know exactly who my driver is. Every ride is tracked, and payments are transparent and secure. You get what you pay for, and there's a clear summary of your ride. No, guessing you will be surprised by the stories I have heard of people who decided to wang it and take gyspsy 😂 I'm shocked somebody had an issue. The police were called, but sometimes we don't know the whole story.
But what’s even better is how it helps local drivers. They now have access to more riders without paying crazy fees or mediators. Unlike Uber or other companies on the island, all their earnings go to the driver; the operators deal with some differences and do not exploit anybody but give convenience the system is fair, transparent, and built to empower the community. I suggest you give it a try also visit their social media platforms. They provide a lot of discounts, and from what I see, they are changing the game. Everything at the beginning will bring commotion. It depends on the person, so good luck in paradise. Sint Maarten is the place to be. They are taking the initiative by creating a taxi app, bringing structure to the taxi industry. You go! Keep it up 🙌

We won’t forget
Tourists beware. Glitchy app with terrible customer service. We were threatened to be taken to a police station because the app failed and the credit card machine didn’t work. This is a scam on an otherwise beautiful island and many great taxi drivers outside of the app. If I could do less than a star, I would.

Horrific app
Lives off fees. When you ask for a ride, it says 5 minutes away. When you request the ride, the driver is 20-30 minutes away. Then, when you decide to cancel, they charge you a cancellation fee (if the driver accepts the ride). Ridiculous app. Bring back uber because this is nonsense
This app is a total joke.
Sint Maarten banned Uber & other legit ride-share apps. Now they come up with this app. Where Uber let's you ride for about half the price of a regular Taxi in most of the world where they operate, this app let's you ride for about double the price. And beware, taxi prices on the island are ridiculously expensive to begin with. So, since there are taxis everywhere on the island, why bother going through an app that wants to charge double the already high rates. This app seems like a trap for tourists who don't know better. My advice on this island is to try and take the buses since they are a real bargain but do not run late or on a regular schedule. Otherwise, if you get lucky, you befriend a cool taxi driver who works within your budget. There are also many gypsy drivers but not always reliable and lately, some ask as much as the taxis. But some offer fair deals. Good luck. The people of this island are great but the whole transportation issue is a mess and you could end up spending half your vacation sitting in traffic because of the transport mess...(too many cars and few reliable or affordable alternative means of transport). Also, beware, most taxis don't accept credit cards.
