Non Functional, never has worked
Web view is great, this has never even loaded for me in IOS. No app updates in over a year. Either pull this from the App Store, as it’s broke, or fix it. I get web view is king for the stats, but was hoping for the monthly fee we pay, iOS would at least have some features
Website Good--App Bad
Can't even login. Just gives an unknown error, and logs me out (even though I haven't finished logging in yet). Others have reported the same thing. Super frustrating.
Login with intuit doesn’t work
When trying to login with an into account, it takes me to the XERO login. Tried on multiple devices
Unable to login for months
The app has been non-functional for months. You can’t even login. Support says it is a known issue. How do you have a service down for months? If I had known this before signing up, I wouldn’t have signed up. Mobility is super important for me.
In case anyone, anyone cares, the error that I receive after inputting my username and password and trying to login says “ something went wrong. Please log out and try again.” Yeah, I’ve done that 100 times. And I’ve opened a support ticket just to be clear.

No landscape view for iPad?
This app is so disappointing … sales reports are really underwhelming and most reports are basic bar graphs with little detail even though our Quickbooks data is highly detailed.
Unhelpful
The website is great! This app is not. The only thing you can access with this app is a dashboard with limited reports and only 6 preset time frames.

We’ve used numerous financial tools and this one is head is now our go to. It could take a decade to unpack all the power this one tool has. In the hands of a financial pro this software can give you the true insights you need to better manage your business finances.
Syft is on top of its game
The app needs improvement but the powerhouse is the actual website. I still rate this 5 stars because Syft has grown immensely since I’ve started using it and the features they have added are incredible. So I know the app will update often. The software engineers did a great job on the site. It’s data heavy so it can be a bit sluggish at times but honestly the wait is minimal and always worth it. Also if you ever have an issue support is pretty good! They’re in Australia so they might respond late night if you’re based in the United States. Either way they have never let me down!!!
