Worst app ever
Worst app ever. Cant even enter BOL number that contains dashes and other lines. What a waste of time using it- I’m paying for it to make my life and dispatchers life easier, now i have to call them to enter BOL numbers because this trash of app is not letting me enter “dash”. Also when I press arrive at the location you have to go back and do it again and same when you get loaded. Please bring the old app back. Meaning the app that I was using in December 2025. Not this waste of time garbage.

Tracking problems
Ever since I updated the app the tracking turns off by itself. I have it set as always track and still goes off. I have to keep looking at app to see if tracking is on and if I’m driving that is dangerous to do
Tracker keeps shutting off
Ever since the 4.0 update, the tracker keeps shutting off even when I have the app open. It’s so infuriating to have dispatch call me every 30 minutes to an hour to refresh my tracker because you guys broke your app. Please fix it ASAP.

App constantly logs me out and tracking frequently gets disabled after 4.0.0 update (4.0.1 didn't help). Please. Incredibly frustrating.
Tracking
Tracking not working at all, I have permissions on my phone to always allow and the app itself won’t let me turn it on. This means I have to and 30 to 45 minutes or more. Per load just to get the pick up and deliver information and then my proof of delivery. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app and that doesn’t fix it either.

Very unproductive app
Latest update… where do i start!? Let’s just start by trying to enter bol number. It only lets me enter numbers no special carecters like “.-/:” which are usied in some of the bol numbers. Congratulations sylectus engineers you really know how to screw things up! Boo very bad app
Tracking Keeps Turning Off
App is fine, but after this most recent update (4.0.0) the tracking CONSTANTLY gets disabled. My company uses this to book loads and confirm progress. This was a mild issue with previous versions, but now it's making things incredibly frustrating. Settings have "Always Allow" for location services, still switches tracking off multiple times a day. Please address.

Swap from android to iPhone
I got an iPhone and previously had an android. This app for android was flawless. I had maybe two issues ever and were resolved within hours. That being said this app for iPhone is absolutely trash. Tracking does not stay on no matter what I have done. I have to turn it on every time I get a new load. Also taking photos rarely works saying file is to large. Only saw this after the switch never once on android. After putting all info in sometimes I cannot compete to move to next step and will be forced to manually input data. Again I never once had a single issue until I switch from android to iPhone. Fix your app!

Location privacy setting changes on its own
Whenever I'm off duty I change the privacy settings to the app to prevent it from collecting my location information, and then I change it back when I go back to work. On several occasions the app changed to "allow location access" on its own.
Too many steps
Remove all the confirmations after each step please. It’s only a waste of time and unnecessary clicks. Also, for me this app is very slow for some reason and it’s been like that with every iPhone I had. Needs little improvements to make the driver’s experience easier and faster.

Great app. More transport companies need to use this. No issue downloading. Must be the users connection if there having issues. Have it downloaded on my iPhone 12 and my old galaxy s10. Works great. Keep updating the app and helping us drivers out. Thanks

Dumbest app ever!
Password
Can’t not recover password. No username password recovery on sign in. My Company can’t even tell me how to recover.
Can’t download
I’m having trouble trying to download the app it keeps saying I need my iPhone pw I’ve changed my pw 3 times and it still won’t let me in to download now the new pw I have still won’t let me in
Tracking
I cannot add the app to motion and fitness so it will track they started today cannot get a hold of anybody to help me I have a iPhone you’ll never report back

We apologize for the inconvenience. We are no longer requiring the motion permission, as long as you accept the Location When In Use and Location Always permission the app should start tracking.
