Abandoned app, money stuck

Sylo seems to have been completely abandoned and the app no longer functions. Not sure how it’s still allowed to live on the app store at this stage… I recently made the mistake of sending Bitcoin to the wallet thinking I could transfer it out. If you try sending to any other wallet you receive a generic “failed” error. When clicking the option to report the issue, you receive a “failed to submit ticket” error. The old Telegram group was abandoned and merged into some random NFT discord but there is no support there either.

Please don’t make the same mistake I did and throw your money away.
