After trying to do a scan the thing says it couldn’t go through on the last thing and too retake it - I followed all its instructions perfectly yet it doesn’t work

The facial analysis is good but it does not save my progress, cannot handle 2 people (tried scanning my gf face after mine to see if we looks match) and lost access after cancelling weekly recurring subscription even though I paid for the week!!

Thank you for the feedback. We'll look at being able to store multiple faces. There is a method to save a face as just a preview.
