Pretty critical thing to break.

Great workplace messaging app

Secure chat app for finance firms. Super easy to use. Clean layout. Connects to WhatsApp. Cheers!

Needs some work

It does connect. That is good. But 1. There is no dark mode. In 2025 that’s inexcusable. 2. The folder structure from the desktop app needs to be replicated. It’s not that hard, symphony. You can make this better

Great App

I would say I am satisfied with this application, suits the purpose of employment communication.

Dark mode

Please add dark mode

Can’t login

App endlessly asking email address and won’t proceed

notification is not consistent

notification is not consistent, always not making proper notifications when some one msg me. which defeat the whole purpose to have it install on phone!

Status and black theme

It would be nice if this app show statuses and please add black theme.

Now only for ios 16

Login process is quite draconian, but that’s probably to blame on my employer. The fact that it reproduceably crashes when scrolling back in a room (not far back, just earlier today) probably isn’t. It essentially makes it useless. This *may* be a resource issue, my work phone is a 6s, but then they should save us all some time and not support it.

Update: they saved us time and stopped supporting iOS 15. That saves me valuable off-hours time I might otherwise have used on work.

Embarrassingly terrible

It’s insane that a company targeting secure comms can release an app so bad.

The login screen recurses on itself with no message whatsoever as to the error. Somewhere there’s a product manager explain it it “that was because…

Available to away statu

Available changing to away after 5 minutes is so terrible. Please give us at least 10 minutes !! Or the option to keep available … so archaic

Can’t even log in

What’s the point of having a Business chat app that you can’t even use your company account to log in to?

Poorly implemented

Unable to see user status on the iOS and iPad app (idle, green, offline). This should be a day 1 feature and it’s unacceptable that it is not in the app already. 0/5

Might be the worst app I’ve ever used!

Can’t even get past the log in page, so very poor waste of space

A functional implementation of Slack

Missing a lot of features, but if you just want text chat with your team it’s a decent option.

Dark mode required.

The background is so white that even with low brightness it’s hard to view. Please bring dark mode. Even on desktop I am using dark mode.

Good app but password recovery does not work

I really liked using the app on a personal account, however recently I have tried resetting my password. No matter how many times I try, I do not receive the email to this effect. And yes, I did check my junk folder.

COO

Fabulous product. What a safe way to connect. Highly recommend it.

Does the job

Yes- it does the chat basics. Design is relatively clean.

However, after there is a notification of a new message - there is a large time delay before the message is downloaded and readable.

Probably something to do with security but I think you should be able to read the message in notifications from messaging apps.

Also, the Apple watch interface is weak.
