Works great for me. I can update card on file and see next upcoming payments etc.

User-friendly. This app helps me keep track of upcoming payments and balance.
Problem registering
I downloaded this app because our Orthodontist office is starting to use this and unfortunately I am not even able to register an account. After you put your phone number in it asks to send SMS once I do that nothing shows up and I can’t continue on so hopefully you can get that fixed.
Why would anyone use this
After not being able to even get a login for this stupid app when I finally got to register the payments are not even updated, missing several I made. Which is the whole point. DON’T FORGET YOUR PASSWORD Because now I can’t even log in again, it never asked for an email so using the website is useless since that’s the only method it uses and when I do the password to reset it in the app it sends me a code with NO WHERE TO PUT IT just asking for the password I DON’T have. This app is the worst payment app I’ve ever used and I’m highly dissatisfied with my ortho for switching over to this. Sketchy. Unintuitive. Useless.

Garbage
This app is garbage! It does not update your monthly payments. I have ZERO balance remaining and it shows I have 3 months of payments left. On top of that it does not allow you to edit your name on the app. The dentist office spelled my name wrong and I was told that I can go in and edit it…that was not the case. Also, I was not able to see my monthly payment amounts. Only the date and remaining balance.
