Cant purchase pro
I got this installed for my camera started downloading pictures realize they were low quality and had a watermark. So I went and tried to purchase a lifetime of pro, pretty good price, $11.99. Except I don’t have pro says my purchase was successful. Sometimes that happens so I tried to do it again, it said I already purchased it but I like to try again for free, i said yes, still nothing. And it doesn’t show up in my subscriptions. So I decided to purchase a year for a different price that shows up under my subscriptions, but I still don’t have pro. Doesnt seem to be support anymore. Dont download this app. Cant access your 4k videos

I got my Osmo pocket a few moons ago, and I wished to export my videos to my phone, so I download the app do everything and buy “pro”, just for them to take my money and not give me pro?

I am very concerned that maybe this app may be a dummy, never intended to work, but simply to spy.

DJI has become a headache
Trying to use DJI associated apps that used to work, is just a huge waste of time and life! I would have given zero stars, but it wasn’t an option.

The app does not work at all!! It doesn’t acknowledge or connect to my osmo pocket and the customer service is terrible!! DO NOT GET THIS APP!!

Osmo won’t sinc to my phone and Bluetooth is on. Don’t know what to rate this, cause I know it works for other people.

good app but has an issue
some files will not download to my phone, and every time i try to save it to my camera roll, it keeps saying “failed” as soon as i hit “download”.

Love the app for my DJI drones, but a big fail for the Pocket 2, does not connect to the device. Several messages to the developer are greeted with silence. Previously the communication was good, now non existent. That’s unfortunate, because communications before were timely and informative. Not now.

Not what I expected
I purchased the Pro version of this application to download the RAW files from my Osmo Pocket only to find out that the application is unable to read and download raw files straight into Lightroom. Very upset with my purchase since this does not do anything differently than the MiMo application.
