Cant purchase pro
I got this installed for my camera started downloading pictures realize they were low quality and had a watermark. So I went and tried to purchase a lifetime of pro, pretty good price, $11.99. Except I don’t have pro says my purchase was successful. Sometimes that happens so I tried to do it again, it said I already purchased it but I like to try again for free, i said yes, still nothing. And it doesn’t show up in my subscriptions. So I decided to purchase a year for a different price that shows up under my subscriptions, but I still don’t have pro. Doesnt seem to be support anymore. Dont download this app. Cant access your 4k videos
