I bought this thinking it was the actual Ford app. I paid for a yearly subscription. I have requested a refund, and if I receive it, I will update to five stars.
Misleading app title
This app has nothing to do with Bluetooth hint to your ford. Even tho it claims to be a car play. It then immediately tries to get you to pay for a feature in your car that is free. If i could give zero stars i would

One of the worst apps from a professional company you’ll ever find. Does very little out of the box, and ask you to pay a premium for what should be free features.

I paid my yearly fee so I could have this to automatically start my car. Worked for 2-3 weeks & now it doesn’t. I have reached out to developer & no response…

Don’t download this app!! They are scamming!! They make you pay before knowing if your car is compatible and won’t issue a refund for you!
Scam not actual app needed
I got this app thinking it was the official Ford Sync app and it wasn’t. Was charged for a 1 year subscription but I immediately deleted the app as I would not be using it because it isn’t the right one. I emailed support on hopes of getting a refund. I’ll update if support is helpful.
Do not recommend
This app does not allow you to check compatibility prior to purchase. Although my vehicle has Sync once in the app. It does not show compatibility to my year make and model. When trying to contact support to directly lead to an email that does not allow you to send. Which intern means I’m unable to request a refund. I would not suggest downloading this app unless you are 100% certain it is compatible with your vehicle. Someone please contact in regards to refund.

I do not subscribe to this app and you can tell that I have never used your app and I have tried everything with App Store with no results and I am not giving up on getting my money back. I drive Toyota rav4, please refund my money.

I was FORCED to sign up for the subscription before I could even VERIFY if my car was supported. I found out I’m 1 year shy. Thankfully Apple understood and refunded the purchase. Maybe yall should let individuals SEE if their vehicle is supported instead of hiding EVERYTHING behind a pay wall and yes, they do this. No matter what make I picked to then select my car, I’m forced to pick a subscription. Monthly or Yearly. Seems like a full on scam to me.

This genuinely is a paywall god awful app
Nothing is different from the 15 a month and free, wanna know why? Because you can’t do anything with the free version of the app, and the 15 a month barely works😭
