Doesn’t connect to iCloud
Downloaded the free version to try it out. The app won’t connect to iCloud which was the whole intent to harmonize my Gmail and Apple contacts. The YouTube video on fixing it appears to be 8 years old and doesn’t show the current version of iOS, not a good sign. So I tried to sync my two Gmail accounts and it stopped at 500 and said I need to purchase the premium version at $12.50 per month! Instead I’ll just export my Gmail contacts as a vCard and import them to iCloud then set
my devices to default to iCloud and problem solved. Do not waste your time with this “free” app.

Works perfectly for me….
Not sure about the other reviews, but worked perfectly for what I needed (Outlook and Google calendar syncing). Pricing is a bit expensive though. I will turn off auto renew and reconsider prior to renewal.

This is a scam - it does not work. I bought this to sync iPhone to outlook and it does not work. You also do not have any ability to refund.
Duplicates contacts
Set up to sync iCloud and outlook contacts. Started with only iCloud contacts and ended up with over 8,000 outlook contacts 7x duplication before I shut discovered it and shut it down.
Not functional
Multiple Red Flags
1. Unable to login by giving email ID and not choosing to use SSO with apple/google.
2. Sync shows complete but I don’t see a change. Support suggests sync is down but that notification is nowhere to tell you this service is not functional.

Needs a thorough review
Still erratic and unreliable. Service is ok but not exceptional, considering the price. App often fails to open. Needs sorting, or maybe they just don’t care?

What the premium package, but not recognized.
So I forked out the money for an annual subscription to the premium package. However, neither my phone or my laptop version will recognize that I paid that money, even though I have a receipt from Apple. I tried calling Support, and they want you to use their chat bot which has nothing relevant. I left a voicemail and no one has called back. I am desperate to have a calendar sync program. I have three calendars to sync. However, at this point, I think everything to do with this program is fraudulent. I want my money back or some real help from a live person not a chat foot.

BAIT & SWITCH
You can only sync 499 records, you can only do it once, like once a month. If you upgrade and spend seven dollars a month to have the program with the way they say it works before you download it. Seems like a great product if you want to pay seven dollars a month, but really who can afford that unless a business is writing it off. Greatly disappointed.

App freezes with every launch. Support is AWFUL
No useful support. They don’t respond and when they do it’s like they don’t know who you are, what software you’re using. This despite initiating the support request from their own email regarding a sync failure.
Not Ready for Production
This app is buggy and not ready for production. At least we know where the ObamaCare website staff is working.
Too complicated
Setup is too complicated. Seems like it shouldn’t be that difficult. It’s asking me to download other apps and sign up here and then choose something for something from 5 options that are not well explained and then put in my email so they can send me something that takes me to another page that I don’t understand. It really just doesn’t make sense.

This app saved my life. I have an android phone and my contacts disappeared, no idea how/why. Anyways, I downloaded this app and it transfered my contacts from my mackbook pro. That is awesome! You guys rock!
Ugh takes days to confirm subscription payments
Per tech support and I believe they only have one person.takes days for them to confirm upgrade to purchased subscription. Paid thru apple/iPhone
Update since development requested more info…. I upgraded to the premium version on Sunday via the iPhone app. Features were not working so Monday I contAct tech support both Online and phone and was told it takes two days for them to confirm payment was received and active services. I was able to use the features on Tuesday.
This is the First app I have ever bought with my iPhone that when you pay it is not automatic and features work. I’ve been an iPhone user since 2014. Nowhere could I find any notice that that it takes two days to activate. I kept trying to figure out why features were not working and I had to contact the company to get that answer. Not a good first impression
