Scenes?

Seems to control socks well and detects manual changes to the battery as well. However, the Scenes functionality is just missing entirely. Only Home and User available. Seems like a handy feature. Where is it?

The app won’t let me set up an account. Drops Chinese letters then locks up. These were a gift so thank goodness for a gift receipt. App has been around 4 years and it still is this bad???
