Why would there be no link to request a refill?
Please add the ability to login with facial recognition
The app works fine and is useful but it’s annoying to have to enter the password every time I log in.
Problem
Tried several times to log in and message says there’s been a problem and try again later
Password Does Not Save
Why doesn’t the password auto populate when I try to use the app? Why do I always have to manually enter the password in?
Update broken
Downloaded the update now it is just a loop of saying I need to update

The AP is like everything else with Low T. Works some of the time.
Continuous Issues
App when it works is okay but most of the time it won’t let you log-in or kicks you out when trying to set a place in line for an appointment.
Password Autofill Needed
This app needs to incorporate face recognition and password autofill. It’s the only app I have where I’m forced to go into Passwords each time, search for Synergex, and then select it so my password is entered.

This app was an awesome idea! Less worries concerning traveling. I can see my provider any where.

The new SynergenX app makes managing my health so much easier. I can check appointments, access test results, and track my treatment all from my phone. The interface is clean, fast, and user-friendly — even for someone who’s not super tech-savvy. Highly recommend it to anyone in treatment or just getting started!

SynergenX Application Review
I am enjoying this app. I can see my lab results when they come in. I can schedule, reschedule and cancel appointments. I can also check in early and it gives me a timeframe in which to get to the clinic before my check in times out.
