App does not work
Whenever I log in it self critical error then kicks me out, please fix this
New App is Useless
I love Synergy Spanish content but it’s impossible to use. I have to reinstall and download every time I use it. I hope they get this fixed soon.
USELESS APP AND WEBSITE!
The App does not work- can’t even get a password reset! I have asked for my money back via email but NOBODY responds. The website says I have not purchased anything- I have spent €44.00 on nothing. Do not buy anything from this site!
Keeps crashing.
I like the course, great way to learn Spanish. But the app sucks. Need to delete and reinstall after each use.
app is not working
The app says ‘encountered critical error’ and crashes once opened - it’s unusable. Synergy Spanish itself however is brilliant - excellent easy way to learn the language - fortunately it can be accessed online as well
Never works
Pretty cool program but the app will stop working soon after you install it and then you’ll get error messages online. Just plan to fully loose access if you set up an account.
Doesn’t work on iPhone any more - August 2024
This app works for an hour or two on iPhone (latest update as of August 12 2024), then crashes and can’t be restarted without crashing. I’ve been using the app for over a year, and now if I want to use the app on the road, I have to resinstall each time, which gives me a couple more hours of “barely works”. I love the content and the learning system, but this app has consistently been a dumpster fire (there have always been other usability issues), and now it has descended into unusable. I wish the developer would spend just a little effort in fixing/updating it.

Crashes
App is broken again. It says to restart app but when you do it’s a blank screen. It’s unusable at this point. I emailed them and they acknowledged they are aware of the problem but it is still broken. Although the ability to take payments seems to always work. The app has never ever been a priority for this company

Content is excellent the app is terrible
Please fix these bugs. I’ve been trying to work on my Spanish for the last hour but none of my paid courses are showing up. I tried downloading it on my Ipad, resetting my password and that function doesn’t even work.
This app is terrible
The language programs themselves are great, but this app is terrible. Constant crashes, can’t fullscreen the lessons, content, not showing up on the screen, stuttering, etc. I seriously wish they would fix this.
The best!!!
This is the best program of all I have tried! I’m so happy and learning and retaining more. I’ve used Rosetta Stone , Duolingo and more but this is tops! You won’t be disappointed. You see it, hear it and say it all in one and they keep using the same words as they add new words and new conversations so you don’t lose the new words that you have learned to here continually using them!

iPhone bugs
The app works terribly with apple products. Practically unusable especially if you want to download the lessons. Everything is jumbled up and not displayed properly. I enjoy the content and the lessons and have notified the company about this over a year ago and they apparently have not made it a priority to fix the apple interface issues. Please fix this.

Not good for Apple
Let me start by saying that I really enjoyed this app. I am a cancer patient living in Baja. I mention the cancer because I have some difficulty retaining information due to both chemo and radiation, I was using this app nearly every day while walking. It was simple to use and I was learning a LOT of Spanish. Unfortunately since the app upgrade, I have not been able to use it on my iPhone. So no more beach "walk and talk" with my dogs and sadly I am losing the Spanish I had learned. I've sent many messages for help (I'm sure they are tired of me asking if and when it will work on Apple products) and just keep hearing they are working to fix the problem. If you have a PC or android phone, I would and have highly recommend this app. But for us Apple users, STAY AWAY!

Older app was much better. This new app is riddled with kinks. Can’t listen to audio without wifi. This new app is just a big mess. Wish they’d bring back the old app.
