The app doesn’t work. Can’t load any players to watch videos.
Can be really great
I take my ipad on the road for games to make final tweaks pregame. this app has all the potential but does not work as well. needs some updates to clip loading and switching from player to player or different filters.
Does not load video with new Team Site
The update at the beginning of the 22-23 season made the app not playback video again.
Terrible app
I don’t understand how can the mobile app have the same exact problem for 3 years? How in the world is it that the clips continue to skip ????? It’s been 3 years ongoing! This is unacceptable. Terrible Terrible Terrible. If I could give it no stars I would, respectfully.

Horrible user experience
Every time I try to watch a video on my mobile device it crashes or gives an error message. Very frustrating when trying to scout or chop up film. Pretty much unusable at this point.
App Crashes
Daily I watch full possession clips of NBA games on the iPad. Previously I had no problems but now about 20 clips in, it freezes. Resetting or redownloading the app doesn’t work. So the app has become literally unusable because clips freeze. Used to love and use daily, now a waste. Please fix these issues and get back to consistent good service

Doesn’t work properly
The ability to watch film works as it should until you try and watch it full screen. Every time I go to full screen the app crashes.

Worst app I’ve ever used
This app is feels like it’s from the 1950s and has been recently adapted for the iPhone. Every time I try to watch a clip and click full screen or tilt my phone the app crashes. It won’t allow me to log in on my computer after changing my password and immediately using that password to log in. Terrible user experience

Jumping through games
Every since the NEW colors and logo, App has been jumping/ skipping though games after the 1 Qtr is played

Just Doesn't Work
I've had this app for four years. It had always worked well. Over the last 12-18 months it simply doesn't work. It crashes constantly. I delete the app and re download it. It works for a few clips and crashes again. Please fix it. The iPhone app works, but doesn't have the capabilities of the app or desk top version.

Keeps crashing
The whole point of the iPad app is to be able to download full game videos. For the last week anytime I try to download a game or even clips or possessions the app crashes and I have to delete the app and reinstall it again. Very disappointing.

The app crashes anytime you try to download video. Once it crashes you can no longer open the application without it crashing. I had to uninstall and reinstall. Video playback constantly stalls. Very disappointing.
Keeps crashing, very frustrating
It keeps crashing the moment I get online and it asks me to send an anonymous crash reports, I tried all three choices and I haven’t been able to get it back to work properly, it’s very irritating a real pain
Not a Quality Product
I'm a hardcore DFS player and this is not a quality product unfortunately. Too many useless players showing up at the top of the values list, injured players, $3000 players projected for single digit fantasy points, etc. And I don't believe it reacts to any news either. Please make this as good a product as your desktop platform, because it's not close currently.
