Constant crashes
Using on iOS. App can't play two clips without crashing and the app is the only option out of the browser send.

Ignore the reviews pre-update, this app is now incredible
Truth be told, this app used to be unusable. It was infuriatingly designed and during times when you’d be traveling—perfect situation to ingest game tape—a few minutes of attempting to use it would end with giving up and just going to YouTube. Synergy RADICALLY overhauled this thing. The games are easier to search, the software syncs with your playlists on desktop, you can download games for offline viewing, the player itself works beautifully. This is a game changer! Revelatory stuff.

Great app
Love the update
2.0 is a god send
The new version of this app is much improved as it can do almost everything thing the previous app offered. It’s a lot easier to create and manage edits on the fly. I like the buttons on the bottom for easier navigation. This is a huge step in the right direction making my life easier as a coach. Filters are a big improvement too. Keep up the good work!

Please fix
The ipad used to be the easiest way to make edits. What are we doing here guys? Please make this more user friendly. Or at least make it easy to use on the web browser, and i’ll use that. But as it is now, it isn’t practical on the ipad
Fix your app please
I got on the app to make my end of season tape and I can’t find my team or even NAIA basketball on the app. There was also an update to the app and i wasn’t notified.
Old App Way Better
I used to primarily watch synergy on my iPad because of the ease of adding clips to edits and because it worked! We somehow now have a less user friendly app to use that hardly ever works. Not sure what the plan was for this app, but this is not it. We pay significantly too much for a product like this.

Clunky, delayed and glitchy
I’m either having to reload app, delete app and start again or the film when I press play stop and starts then the app closes itself.

There is certain times of day where all the clips come off blurry. We have to use the website instead of the app like how it used to be and now I can’t load any clips and when I try it goes to a black screen. This app is beyond frustrating please fix it!!!
