Added a feature to support working in offline mode when the login token has expired. When a user login token expires and the refresh token is also expired (after a week of login), the app enters offline mode and can be used in offline mode. In this mode there is an option (in the "offline banner" that shows at the top) to re-auth and go back to online mode.
