登录机制是不是有问题啊!?
active insight这边登录向secure signin发送验证请求,secure signin那边同意,返回active insight这边转一会儿圈又回到了未登录的状态!重试了好多遍都这样!啥情况啊!?

logs out often making it useless. When logging back in, email never arrives in the 5 minute window. Useless and pointless app.
Critical Alert
Getting spammed with "Critical Alert: Login at an unusual time" text messages is really annoying and stupid.

When trying to setup the Mobil account it won’t allow to login due it times out to fast and it opens a browser which can’t be moved to read the screen behind

Always says "upgrade active insight package to 2.0.0-2500 or above on the host to display this information" but it's already up to date.
Why not just use the browser?
What’s the value of the app? To open the active insight web portal in built-in browser? Thanks, any other browser could do that. Totally useless.
Works Great For Me
I don’t use it in a capacity where I have to pay however for my few devices it works perfect and exactly as expected.
Notifications don’t produce any false positives and has been handy in letting me know the times things have gone wrong or the powers gone out on the unit not attached to a UPS.

Lots of False Positives - needs work
Now that Synology is charging for using this app, there is absolutely no excuse for it to continue generating numerous false positives. Every time one comes in the user needs to check and see if everything is OK. It is a tremendous waste of time.
The app has serious potential, but lack of attention to these continuing bugs reduces its value, regardless of how many units you were watching over. In fact, it makes it even harder to justify paying for the service.
If you were interested in it, I strongly recommend going with the free version with one device for a period of time to see if it fits your needs.

Somewhat useful
This app could be merged with another Synology app. Please fix the bug with notifications not clearing!
And your web support system is terrible. If anyone reporting error - don’t press Done at the top when you enter the ticket text - it will close entire support and you will have to restart from beginning!.

I like the long term graphs of system performance, etc.
For those having problems logging in, make sure you are logging in with your synology.com credentials and NOT your NAS credentials.

Don’t waste your time with this rubbish.
Good, but missing a feature…
Lots of information but nicely laid out on the screen. I like that you can switch between different accounts easily so makes monitoring various customer’s machines easy.
The one thing I find slightly annoying though is that the Event notifications need to be resolved one at a time. It could really do with a way of resolving multiple tickets at the same time as having to step through 3-4 screens and tap multiple times is quite annoying when dealing with many RS’s and DS’s.

Simple but does the job.
Simple NAS monitoring tool if you are away from a big screen.
Runs well on DS720+ and such under the DSM 7.0.x.

Can’t delete old NAS
I upgraded my NAS from a DS220 to a DS920 and it won’t find the new NAS and I can’t delete the old one…. Will be deleting this app quickly.
