Fighting with the app?
Couldn’t get this to open which is weird cause notifications are working….so I removed it and reinstalled it—it helped me remember my log in, but Not giving me a reset code for my password reset—-? Email works and is in there—but no code coming! (Yes, checked the spam/junk).
It’s ok but….
Recently I get error loading the app and have to reinstall it.

The app will not open and “stuck” on start-up screen.
It’s been like this for awhile. Not surprised because it’s last update is over a year ago. Synovus needs to fix this. The app will not move past the start up screen.
Needs to ability to see past notification or alerts
I like the app, it’s simple. The only thing that would help would be the ability to see all past notifications or at least the most frequent one.
Useless app
This app is basically useless it doesn’t show transactions or there details. It doesn’t give you the ability to control your cards like card apps from almost all other bank card apps so if you need to turn your card off and on. My wife misplaced her card we just wanted to turn it off till we found it just to be safe she had to call and spend almost 50 minutes on the phone

The Alerts app is an awesome way to keep track of what’s going on in your accounts. This keeps us, me and the bank updated on every transaction.

Let’s me know anytime my card has been used , how much and location . Great thing to have in case you didn’t get receipt and even better if your card is lost or stolen . Let’s you know within a couple of minutes as soon as card is used . Love it

It’s either broken or you literally can do like 4 things with it.... SYNOVUS credit cards are kind of a joke

It only works part of the time. Very hit or miss. Since it only issues alerts infrequently it serves no real purpose and offers no protection.
Not working
I used it since last August but now it stopped working when I added a new card. Please help!!
App Crashes
App stop sending alerts. I have removed and loaded the app again and this does not resolve the issue. Updates needed.
