App logging off
I am using iOS for this app. The app keeps logging out every 30 sec. When I try to log in it gives me an error
Not able to login
When I enter my phone number to login I just see a blank toast message and no progress on login. The issue is from 2 months

Hi Team, we have been trying to book appointment from Iphone in Syntagi app but Couldn’t able to do it due to allow access to camera and microphone but the feature is not available in the setting.
Please fix this Asap. We really need this app as our doctor is only available in syntagi

Unable to enable camera and microphone in iPhone
Under app settings microphone and camera settings are not displayed. As a result of this I am unable to book an video appointment.

It says ip is black listed.
Not able to see booked consultation
I am not able to see booked slot. I was 9th in the queue but after that I am not able to see my queue status and appointment.
Unable to print / download prescription
The prescription cannot be downloaded in a pdf format via Print option.

Great app with good user experience. But i am not able to add family member, whenever i am trying to add family member the page is not loading.

No printing option for receipt and prescription

This mobile app has prescription and receipt which I can’t download using mobile app, web version doesn’t showcase both receipt and prescription and not even give download option.
This is not at all useful app.

Fill in patient information easily and book your appointment. You will receive a call from doctor at the scheduled time.The video quality is also good.
