User reviews

No app support?

I really love the actual learning but for some reason my app is half Spanish and half english? I have tried changing the language but it won’t put the exercises and tests in english so I can’t complete them. It’s doing it for multiple tracks. I searched the entire app and can’t find a way to contact support.

Response from developer

Hi, thank you for taking the time to write this, and we're sorry for the frustrating first experience. You're right: even with the app set to English, some exercises still showed code with Spanish variable names and text (like "nombre" or "Hola Mundo"). That's on us. We're rewriting those exercises so the code matches your language, and the fix is coming in the next update. As for support, you can reach us anytime from Settings → Report a problem inside the app. It includes your app version and device, so we can reproduce the issue quickly. You can also email us at contacto@altechdev.com. We read every message and will get back to you. We'd love for you to give SyntaxQuest another try after the update and tell us how it goes. — The SyntaxQuest Team
