Absolutely awful app , tells you everything about your prescription medication but you can’t order a repeat prescription
No appointments showing
So every so often we are unable to view any appointments, upcoming. So you can’t see who you are seeing etc, no appointment time and which branch of surgery it is at. Usually seems to be after an update on iPhone. But not always the case. We are now getting fed up with it.
Utterly useless
Logging in is impossible. I’ve used system online for years but the app now insists there is no registration for my details.

I cannot understand why doctors practise recommends a programme that seems to never be updated but hey all good for now. Fingers crossed it stays that way

Who signed off on this being good to go? Looks and feels and behaves like it was developed by a 5 year old. How much tax payers money was spent on this? Shoddy - poor - worst app I’ve ever had on my phone.

Why has this app not been updated. On my iPad it’s way better. Same app but different layout. U can’t review your tablets. On this one no way to text the docs it really needs an update. Or get rid

I forgot my password and clicked on forgot password. It took me straight to a screen that said my password had been reset I can’t get access to my account.

Excellent App
This App is brilliant! I can order all of my medications and check appointments and result records simply.
It’s a shame that it’s no longer available on Google play store anymore, now called Airmid.

Not working
For the last 2 months I’ve been unable to order any of my ten monthly prescriptions online , because it tells me I ordered them on the 3/march/ 2025 and can’t reorder till the 27/march/ 2025 not very useful any ideas please as it’s still 2024

Truly awful
My GP’s receptionist said I must get this app. I’ve never been able to get in to site using it, despite much much time spent trying. The receptionist obviously has no clue how it actually works. She keeps changing my password and re-sending me my username along with new password. Then it tells me I must change my password, which I do. It doesn’t recognise the one I changed it to, nor any of those it’s been changed to by the receptionist. So much for my using “services”.

This app promises so much and delivers absolutely nothing. It is the biggest waste of space.
It continually refuses to log you in saying unable to connect time and time again.
Seriously; save yourself the stress and just don’t bother.

Rubbish app
Pointless, better off using the website as can’t do much on the app and have to visit the website to request repeat prescriptions. Waste of phone space.
Add a custom request option!!!
Please please please add a custom request option to the app! It’s on the website and perfect for what I need but wanted to use the app and there is no option to choose medications that aren’t already listed, the custom request option is perfect for this, please add it to the app!!!

When I book appointments I don’t know if the doctor will call me for consultation or if the appointment is face to face. When booking an appointment it should say what type of appointment I’m booking. Update asap!
Unbelievably poor…..
This app must have been produced by someone on work experience with an organisation training people to sell rubbish to care providers. Nothing works, no records available, can’t book appointments, no fingerprint or Face ID etc. Completely pointless and why bother when the NHS app works perfectly - unless of course your GP chooses to try and use this to communicate with you irregardless of the fact it’s impossible to reply through it.
