Doesn’t work
Current version of the app doesn’t seem to be compatible with the latest iPhone software updates. App hasn’t worked at all for a few months now. If you try to open it, it never moves past the SzApp cover screen. Impossible to use. Please fix!
A year later and just as many bugs
The app rarely opens and stays on the Home Screen, notifications often fail, hard to track, doesn’t remember your info…an absolute mess of an app.
Fails to display/Load content
Not sure what has happened with the “fixes”, I have to keep on removing the app, to then reload in order to get the app to display the updates from the school.

I dont understand why they dont received the absentee form eveytime i fill it up early.
It has stopped working.
The app no longer works and just remains on the Home Screen.
Why must I log in every time?
After one of the more recent updates I now don’t stay logged-in and have go through the process of finding our school and logging-in anytime I want to use the app. It’s a real pain.

Terrible since update
I can’t log in since the update. Have reset my password at least 5 times and it’s saying that my details are incorrect. There doesn’t seem to be any app support options on their website either. Can’t use the app now which is very frustrating.

Log in issues
Since updating I’m not able to log in. It’s says incorrect details. I’ve changed my password and it’s still saying the same thing.

Awful since update!!!!
The app doesn’t work if your text size on your phone is larger than standard, it won’t allow me to login after changing my password TWICE and when my partner finally was able to login on his device he was not able to see that you need to swipe to the right to see the rest of the absentee section. Really poor app. I hope my child’s school switches to a more user friendly app!!!

Glitchy and painful to use
Since the latest update I am logged out every time you quit the app and painfully no option to save username and password or remain logged in. Settings turned to on to receive notifications, through manage, default to off whenever you are logged out (which is every time the app is closed 🤯) meaning important notifications aren’t received! Please fix the bugs from the latest update!!!

This app no longer works
This app no longer works after the latest update. I have deleted the app, reinstalled and reset my password multiple times. Please fix.
Glitch
Since updating, if you ever click on anything within the app that takes you out of the app and onto the web browser, it opens the web browser within the app and you can never get back to the actual app. There is no way to get out of the website and back to the app interface. Has happened to me twice now, have had to delete the app and re-install.

Cannot login after the app update on ios
I can’t login to the app anymore after the application changed from “Green” to “Orange” colour in ios. I have tried resetting the password but still can’t login with error message “incorrect login details”. 🙁

I consider myself fairly IT savvy but this app .. Urgh.
