About
Szlak Jelonków is a walking guide to Jelenia Góra in southwestern Poland that turns a city stroll into a treasure hunt. Small little-deer sculptures are scattered across the city - each with its own character and story. Your job is to find them.
HOW IT WORKS
- Open the map and head into town.
- When you get close to a deer, you discover it and earn a stamp in your passport.
- Each deer comes with a description and a fun fact about the place or story behind it.
- Collect them all to unlock the master's stamp and a summary of your journey.
WHAT'S INSIDE
- Map with deer locations and your live position.
- Walking navigation to a chosen deer.
- Explorer's passport with stamps and photo galleries.
- Journey stats: distance, time, route covered.
- Four interface languages: Polish, English, German, Czech.
WORKS OFFLINE
The map is downloaded once on first launch and works without a signal - perfect for strolls around the city and the surrounding Karkonosze (Krkonoše) Mountains, where reception can disappear. Sculpture photos load online, as needed.
WHO IT'S FOR
For locals who want to see their city from a new angle, and for travellers looking for an unusual attraction in Jelenia Góra and the Karkonosze Mountains. Great fun for families with kids.
Szlak Jelonków is a free city guide - head out and start collecting the little deer.
