Easy to use!

I just used this app to design my t-shirt. I had my t-shirt made using an outside source. I didn’t buy anything from them but it was easy to use, free, and the design turned out adorable.

REALLY GOOD APP but a few things I recommend

So first in designs, I recommend just having a plain soccer ball, not a soccer player if you do when I just didn’t see it. Sorry that’s it.

BEST Game ever!

I absolutely love this game! It is amazing,I love how if you messed up on a T-Shirt you can edit it also I love how you can edit other people’s shirts! And I love that this game has so many stickers (etc)! I would definitely recommend downloading this game/app!

Please add a feature to edit the back of the shirt

Good but not that good.

So I got my two shirts that I ordered.. customized by me personally. 1: the quality came out pretty good and actually a lot better than I had expected. Unfortunately the shirt is super thin to where I can almost see through it. That’s a major flaw imo. The quality of the shirt is just not there at all! How I gave two stars because my designs or the images that I had used came out a lot better than what i had expected but the material for the shirt(s) is just not good at all. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Hi - for most t-shirts we use 100% cotton medium density t-shirts. They aren't uncomfortably thick but they certainly aren't thin. Can you contact us through the app or at support@oshirtshop.com with a photo of what you received and we can look into this for you and provide a replacement if necessary.

This is not bad put in not that good but kinda

I you won’t have to pay for the shirts. Because my mama something that she make sure you do it so I thought you use the machine. I like making the shirts it’s actually fun especially when I make my own and not use other peoples other people

SUPEE DISSATISFIED

I ordered and extra large for a male friend of mine. I paid almost $40 dollars and the design came out super tiny on the hoodie it does not cover the shirt I am extremely disappointed and won’t be using y’all ever again.

Great little app — needs landscape orientation for ipad

I’m enjoying the app, but it does not rotate when the iPad is on its side. I use a dock, so taking it out to design is awkward — seems an easy fix maybe?

Anyhow, I have yet to order a shirt, but the offered service seems great for folks needing smaller numbers of custom shirts.

Can’t handle transparency’s

I love the app but it can’t handle images with Alpha Channels meaning transparencies. The only way you can import images with oShirt is via Apple Photos. When you import a PNG photo with transparencies converts it into a jpg. So several sweatshirts I created contained the background I removed. I have FT with the company but so far no way around it. It would be great if they allowed you to import from the Files app on the Mac. Other than that they do a great job and I’d give 5 stars. Allow us to import outside of Apple Photos so I can import files with transparency!

Love but I suggest….

I love this app. But, I think it can be improved just a little. I think we shouldn’t just be able to put pics or words on the shirts. I think we should be able to put different colors on the shirts. I also think we should be able to put designs on the front, back, and sleeves. But other than that, I think it’s a great app.

Payment not going through

I can’t even send you guys a message because it won’t go through. I can’t see any 1800 # or email. It has even locked my bank account for trying to use this app when trying to purchase. Please help. Provide a customer service phone number or an email. Thanks

Hi - apologies for the late reply as Apple doesn't notify us when new reviews are placed so we need to check here. We don't provide phone support but you can contact us via the app, email at support@oshirtshop.com, facebook chat, instagram, twitter etc. We will get back to you promptly via these methods. There is no way we can lock your bank account but if you have entered your details incorrectly eg your billing address or card details multiple times your bank may lock your account to prevent fraud. If you are having problems with your credit/debit card you can also try paying with Paypal who will let you use your balance or bank account instead. I hope this helps.
