Worst app ever created
Such a joke. Clunky. Doesn’t work nor update properly. Like someone else said. I’d rather get junior manned into a holiday than have to keep using this terrible app

Poor excuse of an app
Used to automatically log you in. Now it requires log in every time. For hells sake fix this. Enable Face ID at a minimum; after a long duty day I don’t want to fumble around with login info. Annoying as can be.

This app is absolutely terrible and the company is even worse to hotels. Please don’t infect your operations with this garbage.
Doesn’t save log in credentials or support Face ID
Typical of an app forced on workers by their managers. At least it loads in a sensible which is more than can be said for crewconnects. No real features either. They could have gone with a plain html no css or JS web page which would have provided the same functionality but because it’s an app logging in is a nightmare at the end if the day.

I’d rather get junior manned then use this app. CrewConnex at least worked decently. This does the same thing, but logs you out every 5 minutes. I don’t even bother with it anymore. 0/10 do not recommend.

The awful app doesn’t remember login credentials. Must log out of the app re-login anything to do with TA crew connections is just terrible. What an embarrassment.

Crew Connex was HORRIBLE. TA Crew Mobile is even WORSE!! If I could rate it ZERO STARS, I would. Can you PLEASE allow us to sign in, and stay signed in with a SAVED PASSWORD????

The app will sign you out within minutes of signing in and it has no ability to remember your login info or use biometric sign-in. I sometimes can see only a city, but not a specific hotel, for a layover, even when I know there’s a reservation confirmed. My employer switched from CrewConnex to this, and this is much much worse. Unforgivably bad for 2025.

Signs me out every time I try to use it. I’m not going to sign in every single time. This app is trash.
Use CrewConneX instead
The interface of this app is truly awful. If they wanna be worth utilizing, they should just mimic crewconnex but with faster response times.

You have to hunt and peck for info on the app like hotel address and ride info. My work schedule isn’t readily included on the app. I hate this.
