運転手がアプリのことを理解していない

他の方のレビューにもある通り、運転手がアプリのことを理解していない。2度と使わないです。
該当ナンバーの車が来たので、乗ったら「アニアニ」と言われ乗車拒否。アプリ画面を見せてもアニアニ。
何のためのアプリでしょうか？
目的地も入力するようになっている上、料金請求もされるのに日本の某タクシーアプリのように使えるわけではないです。

来ない車をキャンセルできない

乗車地点到着まで4分というところまで来ているのにそのまま全然違う方向に進んで行き、到着まで、13分、20分とどんどん遠ざかるのにキャンセルのボタンが無い。ドライバも、自分が受けといてからに気がつくやろうが。

在韓國首爾司機根本不接單，在原地試了好久，地址也打的很清楚不是用定位的，看來當地的司機應該不喜歡用這接單，超級不好用
