Lacking basic eStore functionality
I've been using the website and app for awhile and both are a buggy mess. Eg it will show Out of Stock items as available if you search and then after clicking it'll say "out of stock".
This happens in both the website and the app. Similarly, for several orders I receive an sms the t prescription is needed but it's mostly over th counter meds and their is an immediate follow up sms that my order is dispatched. Similarly on several different browsers / machines once I log in via sms otp code, my cart shows empty no matter how many times I refresh or hard refresh the page. I can add items to cart but they will not show as added on the cart page/widget. Sometimes trying on another pc or phone it'll work but it's a consistent enough bug that I don't see on any other online store so it'll mark it down to a bug the fa has been there for months.

App Issues
Although it states it’s giving away 15% discounts. But in reality it’s not the case.
It is providing free delivery which others are charging.
It’s prices are wrong which trick people to pay double the actual amount if they don’t know what’s actual price.
Concor 2.5 and 5 mg had same price for 1 strip .
It’s map location updater needs fixing as it shows correct pin but wrong address which can’t even be altered .
