Het doet niet wat het moet doen!

Je kan geen reservaties met de app verrichten. Opzoekingen van restaurant en lukt wel maar er is geen mogelijkheid om vanuit de app naar ‘reservaties’ te gaan.
Jammer maar dus nutteloos.

Lacking security and GDPR basics

When you make an account they also create a resto.be account for you on the side. The verification email comes with you password partially exposed and when you want to get rid of your account they simply make it ‘inactive’ until your next login rather than complying with GDPR to delete all existing account data. This is crazy in 2022.

Needs more features

It is silly how the app cannot even show the full details of the booking or does not allow to modify it, all of that has to be done on a website. Don’t see the point of the app then, if the full range of features are only available through a browser.

Restaurant gesloten ondanks bevestigde reservering

Zaterdag 30/10 via Tablebooker een reservatie gemaakt voor diezelfde dag, dewelke via e-mail werd bevestigd. Alleen, bij aankomst was er geen teken van leven!
