About
Keep your 2014 fifth-edition character ready for the next turn. Tablekeeper puts your character sheet, prepared spells and offline reference in one place, with no ads or account.
CHARACTER CREATION
Create a sheet through Identity, Abilities, Loadout and Review. Choose classes and subclasses from loaded rules or enter custom names. Read class details in place and resume autosaved drafts. Apply a supported level-one starting-HP suggestion or enter your own values. Stats, spell slots and class resources remain under your control.
PLAY
Track HP, temporary HP, death saves, conditions, concentration, proficiency, Hit Dice and resources. See ability modifiers, saving throws and all skills on Play. Pin actions with resource costs and optional rolls. Saved Undo/Redo and a previous-save recovery copy help protect your campaign.
SPELLS & HOMEBREW
Manage your spellbook, daily preparation and slots. Read casting details and choose a slot level when casting. Search the licensed 2014 SRD by class, school, level, ritual and concentration.
Create custom spells, creatures, feats, items and other rules. Edit collections, import or export supported 5etools homebrew JSON, and share files with your group. Review a DM's shared spell and add it directly to your spellbook.
COMPANIONS & WILD SHAPE
Track familiars, companions, summons and special devices with separate HP, modes and ability counters. Configure resource dice, spending costs and rest recovery. Add custom Wild Shape forms and track their HP separately.
PACK
Manage quantities, currency, equipment, attunement and item abilities. Organize carried or stored containers with weight, capacity and fixed-weight options.
DICE
Choose mixed dice and a modifier. Roll instantly or open a wooden physics tray with a felt floor: flick, shake or tap Roll. See settled faces, individual results and the total. Sounds and haptics have independent switches.
DM ENCOUNTERS & MAPS
Save initiative encounters with name-only combatants or copies of characters and creatures. Group enemies, order ties, track HP and conditions, and advance turns and rounds.
Save campaign images or PDFs, zoom and place an approximate party marker. Whole-app JSON backups include your maps and saved locations.
LOCK SCREEN
Start an optional Live Activity with your chosen stats. Page manually through ability modifiers, saving throws and skills, or pin a frequently used check. iOS controls availability and lifetime.
YOUR DATA
Characters, notes and homebrew stay on your device unless you export or share them. Review supported personal .cah imports before adding them. Export backups to Files; importing preserves your existing roster.
The built-in reference uses SRD 5.1 under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0. It includes core spells, creatures, the Grappler feat and rules, rather than every published book or an official Artificer spell list. Custom content can supply additional class associations. This release supports 2014 rules; 2024 rules and automatic character building are not included. Players and DMs resolve rules exceptions.
5E compatible and independently developed. Source attribution and license information are available in the app.

What's New in Tablekeeper
1.0.1
October 15, 2026
Create characters through focused steps with autosaved drafts, loaded-rule class/subclass choices and custom names. Review character imports, correct flagged values and choose whether to add a copy or update a character. Confirm starting HP before creating a sheet, with level-one HP suggestions from supported loaded classes. Set up a Wild Shape counter directly when using a form, with Undo for both setup and spending. Find death saves directly below HP at zero, and use Play shortcuts for sections, encounters, maps and notes. Improved large-text and landscape layouts, HP editing and Undo feedback.
