Scam Subscription

If you don’t pick a reason for cancelling the subscription, it makes it impossible to subscribe. Why is it so easy to sign up, but so hard to cancel?

Scammers

I’ve emailed these people 2 times now. Never received a response the first time about canceling my subscription, I then forgot about it. Now’s it been 6 months, haven’t watched 1 video and they been taking out $10 every month. It’s impossible on the website to “manage subscriptions” because it’s greyed out with a “stop sign” when your cursor goes over it. If this isn’t resolved within a week, I will be contacting a lawyer and blasting this on social media.

If it was made through Apple or Google, cancellations must be handled directly in their subscription settings.
