No customer support for months, waste money
I bought this robot vacuum from indegogo, but the robot vacuum stopped working after few months. Contact its customer service via this app, no response for months. There are hundreds customers like me couldn’t get replies from this company. Could give 0 starReview.
Can’t login
Used to be able to log in using my android phone and this one kept telling me my passwords are incorrect and when I try forget passwords it says user doesn’t exist!? Contacted customer support and no one responded. Spent $600 on Indiegogo for this one and it’s terrible.
