This app is perfect, i’m so grateful for the friend that introduced me to this app. Most of the times like 99% of the times i don’t experience any issues with buffering and all, but when i do, it doesn’t last for longer than few min, it gets fixed. In total it’s so worth it, and it’s good to also get a subscription since it’s really CHEAP!

I downloaded this app after a friend recommended it for offline reading (helpful during travel). It’s a great option for finding manga (etc.) for a “Read List,” but I’ve noticed that while some series I read are already complete or have more episodes out elsewhere, Tachimanga won’t have the full series or all episodes available. There is a Premium option, so that may be why. A little inconvenient though. Secondly, I understand that advertisements can help pay the developers, but beware that the ads displayed are not always appropriate. Especially the AI adds (Always a young woman and an older man making out. To everyone developing AI and advertising it: STOP USING WOMEN’S BODIES and INAPPROPRIATE SUBJECTS TO ADVERTISE.) If considering this app for preteen/teen use, I would highly suggest you find some other application to use. Finally, while performing some “phone cleansing,” I’ve noticed that there is always a Tachimanga in my Files app that I DID NOT download or APPROVE. It usually contains a few folders titled, for instance, “left to right, right to left,” or “top to bottom.” These contain zip files. When clicked, the zip files contain random photos (scenery, city alleyways, couple enjoying a view, cat leaping off some ledge, Labubus, etc.). I’ve seen nothing inappropriate in the file, but I don’t appreciate Tachimanga downloading things onto my phone without my awareness. It’s a security breach, and I screenshot and track as I continue deleting its downloads (the file reappeared after I initially deleted it). So, (1) more exploratory than fully functional; (2) unfiltered ads; (3) suspicious activity. Download at your own risk, I guess.

Issue since latest update
Since the latest update the app hasn’t been working in general. I thought maybe it was just one source at first but it turns out all the sources aren’t working. I hope this can be patched up soon because I love this app, it’s usually very accessible.
The Hole in my Heart
Ever since Comick died it felt like something inside me just went quiet, like there was a kind of emptiness they just stuck around no matter what I did. It wasn't just about losing something I deeply enjoyed, it felt deeper than that, like part of my routine and comfort was gone. And then I discovered Tachimanga. Honestly, it didn't just fill the hole it went above and beyond. The smooth experience, the customization, the tracking and auto saving bookmarks, it's actually unreal. It brought back the joy i felt before, but 10 times stronger, like I didn't just recover what I lost, I upgraded it. My heart goes out to Tachimanga and to whom or what made it. ❤️🩹❤️🩹

Great app for manga
This is a life saver, easy access to all manga with an intuitive interface making the experience easy and seamless. The only thing I’d like added to make the experience even better is a calendar which shows which days new manga chapters will be released so I can always stay on top of it instead of refreshing each day to see anything new has released.

Honestly if you got the lifetime purchase early . You’ve struck gold. The dev is really good and always on track with updates and features. Best one in the market compared to others in my history of using different platforms. Awaiting the day the dev creates a light novel feature.

Great app but missing one major feature
This is a great app. Lets me read manga and comics. The only feature I think it’s missing is the ability to fit comic book pages to width (instead of height). How can I request this feature?

The only problem as for me is they have the feature of landscape lock but it is in premium 🥲
Great but new updates bugged
Can’t seem to skip ads even once they’re finished have to close and reopen to get them disappear

They now only allow 10 free downloads a day on the free version. The free version used to just be slow downloads one at a time. The update is also super buggy and I can’t access sources I could before.
Notifications would be nice!
Great app, probably the best app for reading manga on iPhone. I still miss notifications though, would be great if the developers offer that feature in the future!

Look no lie this is the best app for manga or anything alike but the most important Ang the best source in Arabic don’t work like manga lek or manga tek so I hope they will fix this issue

Genuinely one of the only apps that make me want to leave a review, some of the best features are blocked by a premium membership but not only is it $2 a month, it’s well worth spending that money to get a smooth reading experience
Erro ao acessar determinadas scans. Cloudflare impede carregamento de algumas scans
O aplicativo é muito bom e facilita bastante a leitura de mangás sem anúncios. Porém, recentemente o Cloudflare não está funcionando corretamente. Ele diz que a verificação foi concluída, mas logo volta a verificar novamente.
As scans funcionam normalmente pelo navegador/WebView, mas não estão carregando pelo aplicativo. Espero que esse problema seja corrigido em breve.
