Esta APP no funciona es un iPhone 16e, modelo reciente y actualizado, la APP no detecta un lector de tarjetas nuevo, que probándolo funciona perfectamente en el PC, tablets y otros móviles, el problema es que la APP no detecta ni conecta con el lector, por lo que no puedes leer la tarjeta de tacógrafo, por lo que está APP pasa a ser completamente inútil. Solo te pone un enlace para comprar un lector de tarjetas que no es compatible con el iPhone 16e, mi sensación es que solo quieren vender lectores de tarjetas, aunque no sean compatibles, esto debería ser denunciable.

Está aplicación no funciona con iPhone 16 . Nose Carga los datos de la tarjeta de conductor.

Ho comprato un lettore usb C per il mio iPhone, ma non mi legge la carta del conducente perché per iphone occorre apposito lettore con connettore Lightning. Visto che Apple produce ormai i telefoni con cavo usb C per favore potete sistemare questa cosa?

I bought a Tachogram card reader and plugged into my iphone 15 after downloaded the tachogram application. The light is green, but download driver card isn’t available, so i can’t download the files.

Recent updates
Use to work fine but think as iOS gets updated this update has failed to get updates too. This worked fine at the start but no longer does. Been in contact with support team but came to no help at all. Even ended the session early without checking to see if issue has been resolved. Very poor

I use the app just to keep an eye on any possible infringements, I still upload my card every week on the company reader.
The start and end country problem has already been mentioned by other users as has the night driving issues.
What I don’t like are the constant reminders that I have to upload my data to the people who produced this app. I only use the app to see what is being sent to my company.

Wrong data
Good app for looking for working days, but I can’t figure out why daily driving time is still less than 4h 30m after a weekly break. Not very intuitive interface and inabilyty to ask an app about when I must do a break for 45h, when I must do recompensation etc. Only historical data is more or less reliable and I must do math myself?

Could be so much better
I’ve used this app along with the recommended card reader and it takes a few attempts to get it to download my card. Then it keeps showing infringements about not entering start or finish countries. Also gave me infringements about night time working when I’m a day driver.
I’m going to give tachomaster a try or digifob.
