Support link does not work.
I tried to ask a question as per the developers documentation but the link goes to a page stating “tack-X Support Request is no longer accepting responses”. Very disappointing as it looks like a reasonable app.
Disappointed
Just get a spinner for both my AppleWatch 3 & 6. Most recent versions of iOS and Watch OS. Restarted phone and watches. Very unfortunate. Also, no complications for the watch or countdown repeat feature.
Doesn’t keep accurate time for starts or elapsed
The watch app loses 20 seconds in 5 minutes. Great if you want to be late for every start and mystified why they aren’t calling OCS on everyone else. iPhone version seems ok.
Does not work with Apple Watch 6 OS 7.5
I had high hopes for this App. It installed fine. The iPhone app is nice but I was looking for a regatta watch. The iPhone isn’t practical for a small boat. Wish this would work with my Apple Watch… sent an email to support. Waiting for a response.

Can anyone help I down loaded this today but can’t get it from my phone to my watch
Super Bummed
Getting ready for a regatta, and was psyched to try this thing out. It installed fine on my phone but won’t even appear to allow me to install it on my Apple Watch 4. Don’t think it has been updated for the new watch but it is not disclosed anywhere. Gonna ask for my money back.

Ben - we are sorry you are having trouble. This application works fine on all version of the Apple Watch. A possible reason it did not install is if the iOS and watchOS versions were out of sync between your phone and watch. There are other ways to troubleshoot this. Disappointed
I have tried as suggested in the guidance notes using this in a field first. It didn’t appear to detect my tacking or simulated wind shifts but the big thing I noticed was how quickly it drained my battery in 15 minutes it sucked out 17% of the battery.
I bought the app as it looked very professional but wonder to what extent this has really been tested. It would be a big help if there was an instructional video on YouTube as the user notes are not that clear.
