Always show error 401
It worked very well initially but soon it keep reflecting as Error 401 service not available..
Poor quality and tracking
Been using this to track my dogs -
Firstly the 2 units did not ship with a holster to tie the tracker to the dog collar.
Setting tracking to 1 intervals and not update for 30+ minutes (when the dogs are in the back of a car)
We only bought these tracker to get instantaneous update of the leaving the safe zone, 30 minute late just does not work.

Amazing…but.
This has been amazing in tracking an elderly family member with memory issues. I’m sure we would have lost her otherwise. But, I’d love to see the app include a navigate to feature so it was easier to use when in the car trying to find someone. I’d also love to see functionality on the Apple Watch. Despite that I would absolutely recommend this as it has saved us from having to report a missing person on several occasions within the first week or so of use. Don’t bother with Apple AirTags as they are patchy at best. Get this. Highly recommended.

Wish there is guest login
It will good if the app allows guest login to view and not change the settings. Currently, the app only allow one login which has administrator rights to the app.

You don't have to expose your wifi connection just like all of the other high end trackers out there.
On top of that the SIM subscription is also much cheaper than most trackers, too; not mention more reliable, too.
