Add Apple Pay. I don’t always have credit card on me.
This app is difficult to use, and the redemption process doesn’t work.
The only way to get points is to order using the app, which often leads to incorrect orders. The only way to redeem points is to scan it at the register after you pay, which makes zero sense. It didn’t work when I tried it, but it still subtracted points. Useless! I preferred the punch cards

Redeeming and earning points never works.
The Lynnwood wA location can’t figure out how to redeem points earned. Or use their barcode scanner. So points are lost and rewards aren’t received. Food is good though.

There’s no functioning way to add a payment method. After painstakingly entering my order I was baffled to find there is no button to save the credit card details when adding a card. You can enter all the details but then what??? Nothing in the top bar, nothing in the main part of the screen, no error messages. Going back erased everything. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Went to profile screen and found saved credit cards area. Was met with a blank screen and a message stating “No Cards Available “. No button to add a card. No instructions. Nothing. How does this app have 4.5 stars?

App does not give rewards!
This app is the worst. Everytime I use it and scan my receipt it says “Congratulations you’ve earned ZERO point!” It never works. I email the company several times and only received one response and they manually added points. My visits to Taco Del Mar have decreased since this fiasco. Terrible experience. Love the food though.

This app has some accessibility concerns related to the use of the voiceover utility found in every iPhone. on your phone.
Not all elements read correctly not all options are read by voiceover.
And it creates a sub optimal experience. The food might be better than Taco Bell, Taco Bell‘s app does work better.

Excellent service, great crew!
DO NOT USE THIS APP
I repeat DO NOT USE THIS APP. I ordered delivery from this app and 40 minutes later was told my order was delivered successfully, yet we received no food. Since there was no way to connect with my driver through the app I called the store directly. The employee notified me my order was still sitting on the counter and was never picked up. How we got the completed notification I will never know. She told me the delivery was through a third party service which was not once mentioned in the app, I was under the impression this was a Taco Del Mar delivery service. She connected me with the driver for my order and when I contacted them they told me they never received my order. So now it’s been an hour, the app tells me it was completed and the store employee has my cold food on their counter. Luckily the employee was kind and offered to remake our food if we wanted to pick it up, we did just that. Now I’m out $40 for a meal that could’ve been half that price if we’d gone in person in the first place. So frustrated, so disappointed will never use this app again. Just to top it off a completely different doordasher called me another hour after we’d picked it up ourselves and told me they just got there to pick up our food and we’d already gotten it. We’re we expected to pay full price for a dasher that would’ve gotten there 2 hours later with ice cold food anyways?

App never gives me my points!
Worthless
App will not allow me to sign in with Face ID on iPhone. Face ID works on everything else. I believe they went to an app rather than punch cards because they will give away less product. The punch cards never crash or fail.
Nothing about it is working @ our Redmond, OR store
So, I got the app…the $5 for joining…gone, it wouldn’t work & was gone from the app. Now I have 2 receipts that say, “invalid bar code”…….one is for a catering order for $360. Such a bummer!!!😭
