Buggy
They redesigned their app and it is very buggy now , refusing to add items to the cart, refusing to see your items in the cart … please improve it.

New app is poorly made. Also please bring back chicken tinga. The crispy chicken tinga is not as good as the previous non crispy version

Lost my rewards points during the migration and update of their application.
I brought to the managers attention and no one has been abl to resolve this issue. I no longer am interested eating there.
DoorDash link is broken
New app update broke the DoorDash integration which was already precarious before. Tired of having to call each time so I’m switching to Grubhub after 50+ orders
App is not reliable
I have had multiple orders messed up using the app. You aren’t even able to contact customer support thru the app. It’s just there for show, they aren’t actually trying to resolve any issues when you have them.
Crashes
Every time I place an order the app crashes. The order still goes through however because I receive an email. The first time I didn’t realize and it sat there for an hour. Most recently I realized that because it crashes, your last order is still in your cart so today I ordered todays order plus what I ordered last time without realizing.

Horrible UX
App AND site have horrible UX - nearly impossible to place an order without signing in, signing in again, zeroing out tip for pick up order, choosing payment method, and so on.
Where’s the Westport, CT store in the app?
This store has been open for weeks now! How hard can it be to add it to the app?
Great graphics & easy to use!
I love this app. It perfectly encapsulates the aura of Tacombi. Retro Mexican travel themes, super colorful, and quite importantly: super user-friendly. Probably the most aesthetically pleasing app on my phone! Plus you can earn points and order delivery straight from the restaurant!
Customers pay tax on delivery fee!
Total of each delivery order gets a $4.99 delivery fee added to total then get taxed on the new total so you have to pay the restaurants tax on their delivery fee, it’s at least 3 buck more paying their tax. Then you have to tip as the delivery fee is pocketed by the restaurant not given to the delivery person who it should be going.my $28 order is $43 after a 15% tip! Pretty sure this is illegal.

I’ve tried several times over the past few weeks and I can no longer place orders with the Tacombi app. It stalls out and won’t let me place an order. I’ve signed in and out. Deleted and ré downloaded the app and nothing. It’s a shame, I live these tacos.
Reward Balance Tweak
Please add a function to choose when to use your reward balance. I order late night meals through work and would rather use the rewards at another time.
Doesn’t work for delivery
Great food but I get an error message every time I try to add an address for delivery stating that it is an invalid address (despite nothing missing). Because of this, I’m unable to use the app.
