This app is useless, you can’t order until you update your profile but the app wont let you save the changes to your profile.
Nothing but white
This app has been broken for a while now as you get nothing but a white screen after opening. I’d avoid using this app.
Abandoned. Doesn’t work
Months no. Deleted. Reinstalled. Logo appears. Thinks. Goes white and nothing happens after. Has been like this for months. Guess the company is not destined for this existence much longer if they aren’t even pretending to try to make sales possible.

Stops working soon after you make an account. Then no matter what you do it won’t let you login.

I made an account it said I got 1000 points which I have not received even tho I got a email confirmation ontop of that I cannot even see the rewards that I can redeem with my points also I try to order pickup it says no location available no matter what and it has deals that the restaurant already applys I wouldn’t get this app no wonder it has so many bad reviews

Works, usually
After the most recent update the app launches into a blank screen and is not functioning at all (iphone 13 ios 26.3.1), but USUALLY it gets the job done. The customization options are pretty broad, the deals work, it detects if delivery is available, and it completes orders successfully. Moving around the menu is kind of clunky, and it sometimes sends you back to the ‘pickup or delivery’ screen mid order but you get used to it. Really hoping a tech person can fix whatever issue is making it completely nonfunctional at the moment soon!

In this day, age of technology, you should have an app that works. You are a growing Canadian chain, please please for the love of gosh get an app that works and has good deals on it!
App Needs Complete Overhaul.
Terribly designed app. It’s not clear how to edit orders or even how to pay as you must edit certain items before it allows you to move to the payment window. However, when you edit to add items to a product (eg, add cheese or tomatoes to a taco), while it shows that it’s been added in the app, at the restaurants end it shows as “NO CHEESE or “NO TOMATO” which is exactly the opposite of what it says on the app. The staff at my local Taco Time says this happens with every app order and because of this they don’t even begin to prepare the order until the customer arrives to verify what they want. This defeats the purpose of ordering ahead via the app and places added workload and stress on the staff as we as frustration for customers. The app , while visually appealing, is effectively broken. I won’t be ordering through the app again until an overhaul is complete.

App no longer works
A couple of months ago, the app stopped showing most of the stores. At least the ones I go to. Kind of useless
Worst Fast Food App
Quite literally the worst app I have used for rewards, it won’t remember your login or keep you signed in even if you click remember login. It will auto sign out. You also have no option to navigate elsewhere if you click order.

When the app actually loads store does not have a scanner. Tried to redeem points and since no scanner 3 employee couldn’t figure out what to do. Called someone and they couldn’t figure it out also. Said cancel order and left after 10 minutes of this
