I like my camera I just change the batteries in my Camera today at 12:00 pm And it’s still showing me in the app 1 percent can somebody please help me please I just updated my camera App the other day will that have something to do with it said bug fixed when I looked at my app when I looked at my picture on my camera sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t I just updated it yesterday something to do with it I made a mistake I updated this morning some of my pictures won’t download when I pulled it down can somebody please help me

Brooklyn spent one hour and 39 minutes with me on the phone yesterday guiding me through The steps to reengage my four cameras. I took a break from my cameras for two years and I didn’t have any idea how to get them set up again. She was patient, kind, understanding, a great listener, along with being a great communicator. There is no way I could’ve set the cameras up myself and she gave the time, energy, and effort for me to do so!

Shared notifications
Cameras are great, still running the OG plus some newer ones. I would give 5 stars if they added notifications for when a shared camera receives a photo. It’s annoying to have to click on the shared feed to see if any new pics came in. Adding this simple notification would make it top notch.

Missing chunks of time lately
I never used to have this problem with this app, but lately when I go into the app, I can see the most recent pictures from the last hour or two, but then it shows the grayed out placeholder image (like when the pics are still loading, but nothing loads) for a few pics, then it skips to pics that are several days old, or it just has a huge jump in time between photos. Meaning I’m missing everything in between, even if they’re pics I already saw a couple of hours ago. I would add a picture of the issue if I could. This has been happening since the beginning of August 2026 for me.
