I’m a Director of Product Management at an international firm based in Paris, but I live in Polanco, Mexico City. The time difference was making this so challenging while our org was trying to grasp a good WFH balance during the pandemic. I started using Tactic and they integrated the different time zones flawlessly and the app is the only thing we need to manage our schedules. We love Tactic!
Love this app! Three months ago I was tasked with developing and implementing a hybrid work strategy at my organization. We tried so many options: office hoteling, hot desking, shared calendars—they all made our work lives more frustrating. We were pretty desperate when we came across Tactic. We tried it and the whole process from onboarding to setting up our multiple offices/floor plans was easy and extremely professional. Tactic’s new mobile app made WFH possible without sacrificing productivity. Best app for a hybrid workplace

Must Have For Hybrid Offices
It has become very obvious over the past 12 months that the hybrid workplace model is changing the game for many businesses. With technology being so widely accessible, it is no longer necessary for employees to be physically present every day of the week. In fact, many businesses are seeing increased levels of productivity during remote work periods.
However, there are still times where an office setting makes sense, especially for group projects, meetings, etc...
That’s where Tactic has been so helpful. They have allowed us to manage a team of people who now have the freedom to reserve office workspaces and meeting rooms on the days that work best for them. Their health questionnaires have also been immensely helpful in addressing safety concerns around returning to the office.
Lastly, I want to touch on how user friendly their software and app are. It was a main selling feature as we wanted to get employees onboarded quickly, without too much of a learning curve. We look forward to seeing more new features roll out as we enter this new workplace era.

I have been working remotely for the last 15 years. While I enjoy having my own space, with no distractions, concentrating purely on the task at hand, I always needed periodic in-person meetings with the team. Establishing a good remote working relationship is hard without at least a few opportunities to collaborate in person.
The covid-19 pandemic showed the world that we can work remotely and be as effective, but that long periods without going to the office affected productivity. As we now start to leave this pandemic behind, we now have the unique opportunity to reinvent the workplace.

Great solution for the hybrid office model
I love how easy and straightforward it is to use! It’s great being able to see who else will be in the office so that in-office days can be scheduled accordingly.
Hybrid offices are the future!
Someday we’re all going to look around and wonder why we required everyone to be in an office M - F, 9:00 - 5:00. It’s crazy. That’s not how humans work and it’s certainly not the best thing at to get the most efficiency & output in an organization! People do better work when they’re happy. Make them happy!

We’ve used Tactic to help manage our return to the office and it’s made the process so much smoother for our employees and HR team! Previously we were managing office attendance via spreadsheets and administering health questionnaires manually. Tactic has automated the entire process and consolidated all this information into one place. Onboarding our entire company took less than a day and our employees have loved it as it’s allowed them to know what days are best for them to go into the office. 10/10 recommend to any companies looking to adopt a hybrid model and/or planning to reopen their office space with limited capacity.

I love Tactic! The app is very easy to navigate and is user friendly! Because I’m a college student and have four other roommates, I rent a desk usually three times a week where I can really focus and get my work done. It’s been so helpful! I highly recommend this app!!

Straight Forward
I have been using Tactic for our office and have enjoyed the simplicity and straight forward features inside the app. It is very intuitive.
